(Weihnachts-)Engel fliegen zu allen Zeiten - (Christmas-) Angels are Always Busy - Christmas Decoration

Tja...

So what... At least I have tried! I had an iron will, but spirit, feeling, flesh and everything else within me strives towards Christmas, my favourite season.
That means, I have already crafted in secret. I admit. And now I really need to show it to you!
Tadaaaaaaa...
The first of my (Christmas-) angels.

Again I was stuck in my comfort zone: nostalgic cotton batting figures. If you wish to try it yourself, please find the instructions here.
In order to give them a sturdy base, I glued them onto paper-wrapped wooden pieces.
I would be happy if you liked my wee angels. If you think it is far too early for Christmas pieces, then just shut the page and we meet another time.

Thank you so much, however, for your visit, dear friends!

Oh my very dear Manu, I could look at them forever, winter and summer,-they are so beautiful, they are gorgeous, and very ,very lovely. They bring the real spirit of christmas, and you have dressed them in the most adorable clothes, and given them all beautiful little pieces to bring for the Hochzeit !! The trees are amazing too, and I totally love the one you made with fabric and sacking. I want to see more gorgeous christmas pieces from you and your clever hands.
I made two skeletons myself some weeks ago, but used old cotton from a piece of quilt,-and that was (for me anyway) very difficult to make look nice and smooth ,so they haven`t been finished yet !! Now you so inspires me, sweetest friend,- so maybe , I will try again .
Thank you for this look of lovelyness and beauty Manu, you are a wonderful artist !!
Hugs from Dorthe- and a kiss !!v

Liebe Manu,

Oh so clever, I cannot imagine how much work is in these lovely decorations. I especially like the first with the very clever text-paper tree.

What gorgeous little festive scenes, Manu. The bookpage trees are so perfect, and the characters are charming... wonderful creations all around!

Sorry I've missed so much, but I'm looking forward to getting back in the swing of visiting.
