Überraschungspost aus Dänemark - Happy Mail from Denmark

 

Da sage mal einer, durch das Internet könne man den Kontakt zur wirklichen Welt verlieren.  (Na ja, das ist die Predigt, die ich meiner Tochter von morgens bis abends halte, man hat ja pädagogischen Anspruch, oder?). Aber auch Mütter sind lernfähig!
Heute machte nämlich ein Überraschungspäckchen den Sprung aus der virtuellen Welt in meine realen Hände und noch realer, direkt in mein Herz hinein!

Vor einiger Zeit hatte ich Dorthe von Den Lille Lade (viele von Euch kennen und bewundern sie sicher)ein kleines  "Hallo-ich-denk-an-Dich" gebastelt und bekam postwendend  (und völlig überraschend) einen zauberhaft gewerkelten Schatz zurück. Jetzt kann ich endlich auch mitreden, was Dorthes Püppchen angeht! Vielen, herzlichen Dank, meine süße Dorthe! Du hast mir eine soooo große Freude gemacht!

There are people out there warning that the (mis-)use of the internet may result in a loss of contact to the real world. (I am one of them, preaching this risk to my daughter from morning to evening. Is it not true, that we have an educational endeavor?) But even mothers are able to learn!
Today a surprize parcel took a jump from the virtual world directly into my real hands and even more real, straight into my heart!
Some time ago I had sent Dorthe of Den Lille Lade a little "hallo-it's-me-and-I'm-thinking-of-you". (Many of you will know and admirer her). Today, completely to my surprize I received one of Dorthe's magnificent and detailed fabric and lace dolls. What a treasure! Thank you so much, dearest Dorthe for gifting me with such a precious token of your friendship! 

 

Und das sind die Glückspilzchen, die ich Dorthe vorab geschickt hatte. (Prosit bedeutet wohl übersetzt: "Gute Gesundheit", und das war auch mein Wunsch für sie.)
These are the mushrooms in their own home that I have sent to Dorthe previously. "Prosit" means "good health, my wish for her.
