Mein Beitrag für die Challenge "
Take a Word - Moonstruck". (My contribution to "Take a Word - Moonstruck" Challenge): Der lächelnde Mond und das ängstlich zurückweichende Mädchen sollen keinen Widerspruch darstellen: Die Größe und Erhabenheit des Mondes ergreifen das Mädchen in Ehrfurcht und vielleicht auch Erschrecken. (Jedenfalls fühle ich die Größe des Universums und meine eigene Bedeutungslosigkeit, wenn ich in einer klaren Nacht den Vollmond bewundere).
The smiling moon and the seemingly frightened girl shall describe the mightiness and sovereignty of the moon (universe) in regard to the inferior weakness of a human being. (I do not know if it makes a work better if you have to explain its meaning ;-)
